Return Policy will accept a return ONLY if the unit is unopened (box is sealed), in original packaging and in re-sellable condition for a full 14 days following receipt of purchase. There is 15% restocking fee if a return is accepted. We reserve the right to determine if a returned product is in acceptable condition. All decisions are final.

Prior to processing a refund, the product(s) will need to be received at our main office and confirmed as unopened. If any product has been opened or used in any way, we adhere to a strict no return policy and only will exchange units under Manufacturer's Warranty. All products that do not meet our return requirements or are returned without prior approval, will be sent back. 

To initiate a return, please prior to sending the unit back to receive the Return Authorization Number (RMA) and additional instructions.

Warranty Assistance

We stand behind every product we carry 100%. When you buy from, you don't need to deal with the manufacturer to have a defective product under warranty replaced. If the product you purchased is returned and confirmed as defective any time during the Manufacturer's Warranty period, we will send you a replacement immediately and handle the warranty claim with the appropriate manufacturer for you. PLEASE NOTE: Some manufacturer's require that customer claims are handled with them directly.
